1 Definitions & Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" refers to the bdjll website and all its associated services.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person who has registered on bdjll or is using the platform.
• "Account" refers to the user's registered profile.
• "Services" refers to all gaming, betting, and other entertainment activities provided through bdjll.
• "Transaction" refers to financial deposit and withdrawal activities on the platform.

2 Acceptance & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use the services on the bdjll platform, a user must be 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older. If any person is found to be below the required age, their account will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited. This service is for users aged 21+.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

bdjll operates primarily targeting the Bangladesh market. Accessing the platform or using its services from countries where online gaming is completely prohibited is not allowed. It is entirely the user's own responsibility to comply with local laws.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Providing Accurate Information

At the time of registration, the user must provide true, complete, and up-to-date information. Opening an account with false or misleading information is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

3.2 Password & Access

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (including password) confidential. You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification

bdjll reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. This process may require submission of government-issued identification or other documents. bdjll has the right to hold withdrawals until identity verification is complete.

4 Financial Transactions: Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following Mobile Financial Services (MFS) can be used to deposit money at bdjll: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The withdrawal amount will be sent via the same method used to make the deposit.

4.3 Fraud Prevention

If suspicious transactions or account activity are detected, bdjll reserves the right to suspend or cancel any transaction. If an account is used for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity, the account will be closed immediately and the relevant authorities will be notified.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus Terms

New users are eligible to receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated based solely on the bonus amount. For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Abuse Restrictions

bdjll reserves the right to cancel a bonus if a user attempts to meet bonus requirements through specific strategies using bonus funds (for example: placing opposing bets on the same event). Each promotional offer may have its own terms, which will be clearly stated on the relevant offer page.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus offers have a set expiry period. If the bonus requirements are not met within the specified time, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.

6 VIP Program

The bdjll VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Users at each tier receive weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the user's overall activity and participation. bdjll reserves the right to change VIP benefit terms at any time, but users will be notified of such changes in advance.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdjll platform:

• Fraudulent activity, manipulation, or using software to gain unfair advantages.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors on the platform.
• Misusing bonuses solely for the purpose of withdrawal.
• Transferring funds to third-party accounts or buying/selling accounts.
• Operating on behalf of or assisting minors.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts.

Violating these rules may result in account termination, balance forfeiture, and legal action if necessary.

8 Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content on the bdjll platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is the exclusive property of bdjll or is used under an appropriate license. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without permission.

Games available on the platform are the property of third-party game providers and are operated under their own terms and conditions.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

bdjll gives the highest importance to protecting users' personal information. The platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data secure. Details on how personal information is collected, stored, and used can be found on our Privacy Policy page.

By opening an account, the user agrees that their information may be processed for the purposes of service delivery, identity verification, and fraud prevention.

10 Limitation of Liability

bdjll is an entertainment platform. Financial risk is inherent in gaming and betting activities, and this risk lies entirely with the user.

• bdjll does not guarantee wins or losses in any game.
• bdjll is not responsible for losses caused by technical issues or internet disconnection.
• bdjll has limited liability for software errors or outages from third-party game providers.

11 Account Closure & Suspension

11.1 Closure by User

Any user may request to close their account at any time. Any existing balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

11.2 Suspension or Closure by bdjll

bdjll may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Account being operated by a minor.

12 Dispute Resolution

These Terms will be governed by applicable law. Where legal action is necessary, both parties will first attempt a friendly resolution. It is entirely the user's own responsibility to comply with their local laws.

14 Changes to Terms

bdjll reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes at the earliest opportunity. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be taken as the user's acceptance of the new Terms.
